“I’ve read that the internet is slowly becoming “useless” because AI responses are being given instead of human-written website content. To compound this problem, AI is being trained by AI and it gets worse with every “generation” of training. I noticed that I’m having to correct EVERY response that Google’s AI has given me since it was first introduced. Why is Google’s AI so wildly inaccurate nearly 100% of the time?”

Just for Nostalgia

My favorite operating system of all time, Windows 2000 Professional. It’s running within Oracle’s VirtualBox on a Windows 11 gaming notebook.
Windows XP Professional, also running under emulation. It was released to manufacturer 22 years ago, this month.

Cutting the Cord

I connected a ClearStream 2Max antenna to an HDHomeRun Flex Quatro HDTV tuner which was then connected to the home network. From there, a dedicated PC running Plex acts as a media server and DVR. Flawless perfection. So long DirecTV!
