Guess who’s coming to dinner
Pfaltzgraff made this set for the sixth and final movie with the original crew. It’s also the same cup from which Scotty drank his coffee just before finding the hidden uniforms in the air-conditioning vents. This isn’t a screen-used cup, but is from the same company and pattern that was used in the movie. Thank you eBay.

A discernible pattern
While I’m at it, I may as well list another Trek-themed coffee cup recently added to my collection. This is the “Exhibition” pattern cup and saucer from Studio Nova which was used in the Captain’s Mess on Star Trek: Enterprise.
A long wait
This is something I wanted twenty years ago but never bought. I found it on eBay recently, watched it like a hawk, and won the auction today. Hopefully, it will arrive undamaged later this week.
Update: It arrived in pristine condition.
